By using the online store, rootkapottery.pl customer accepts the terms and conditions of the store.

3. Shipping costs and time/term.

The sales contract between the customer and the buyer is concluded at the time of order confirmation by Rootek Precjoz by e-mail, until then the customer has the option to cancel the order.
5. Complaints, Returns and Consumer Rights.
A complaint regarding the goods must contain the information that is necessary to consider it: that is, the name and surname of the person who purchased the item from the rootkapottery.pl store and a detailed photo of the product and its defects sent by e-mail to the following address: rootka.precjoza@gmail.com.
The complaint will be handled by e-mail and possibly additionally by phone. The complaint will be considered within 14 days of receipt of the report.
Breakage and mechanical injuries are not covered by the warranty, however, please contact us each time if the item did not meet the customer's expectations in any way. If the goods sent to the customer have arrived damaged, we recommend that you fill in a damage report containing the details of the buyer and the courier and notify the seller immediately.
A customer who has purchased a product on the rootkapottery.pl website has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of purchasing the goods. The customer withdrawing from the contract is obliged to return the goods and send them back at their own expense. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the cost of the goods, together with the shipping amount selected at the time of purchase, is refunded by traditional bank transfer to the bank address indicated by the customer.
The Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights of the Buyer who is a Consumer, which he is entitled to under mandatory provisions of law. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of generally applicable law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
